Reviews and Ratings
The hotel didn't quite meet our expectations with small rooms that didn't match the pictures and noise due to its location. However, the service was kind and attentive, despite being a bit disorganized. The location was excellent, right in the city center with a variety of food options nearby. The dining experience was good, but not outstanding as expected for a Hilton.
Even though the hotel wasn't full, my stay was to very high standards. The rooms had old carpet flooring and were a bit noisy due to being on the 4th floor with small glass pieces as part of the roof. The service, although with a bartender who makes great cocktails and drinks coffee, was a bit disorganized and not very welcoming. The location, labeled as a 'vehicle restricted area,' was excellent and close to the town center. The dining experience in an elegant building was included in the price, although I had to go out for a meal, including breakfast.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were not only beautifully designed and sparkling clean but also equipped with modern amenities. The breakfast spread was delightful, and the heating kept me cozy throughout. The staff even went above and beyond to help me when I had a flat tire, and they covered the costs for replacing it.
The hotel was interesting with positives like a great location and a really polite service, yet drawbacks such as noisy rooms and missing food trays. The historic building adds to the charm, but the noise from the glass roof when raining was disturbing.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were nicely designed and clean, but my room was smaller than expected with a disappointing window view that didn't match the online pictures. The window had some issues closing properly, which was a bit inconvenient. The service was attentive and friendly overall, although the early morning wake-up calls were unexpected. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city, but it could use a little improvement. The dining options were decent, but the food arrived a bit cold sometimes. Despite the minor drawbacks, the hotel offers good value for the price.
My stay was a mixed bag. While the room on the fourth floor with the strange roof windows lacked a view and was smaller than expected, the service was top-notch, and the location couldn't have been better. The dining experience fell short of expectations, and the price for what was offered was a little hard to swallow.
The hotel offers spacious, comfortable, and luxurious rooms with a view, just make sure to request one. The service is a mix of slightly disorganized storage but very friendly and helpful staff who go the extra mile to solve issues. The location is excellent for exploring downtown, though some improvements are needed. The dining experience is delicious but could be elevated. Overall, a high-quality Double Tree Hotel with some minor drawbacks.
Despite a few drawbacks like a noisy room on the 4th floor with a disappointing view, the hotel's location in the city center was excellent, offering a variety of food options. The service was efficient, although a bit disorganized at times.
The hotel's bar with nice facilities had a noisy room on the 4th floor with small glass pieces on the roof, which didn't suit us well with small children. The service was strictly obligationary and not very attentive, with minimal interaction throughout our stay. On the upside, the location allowed easy access to downtown, with a good variety of food at breakfast and a kind receptionist. The dining experience, compared to the price, was satisfactory with delicious homemade tofu.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms had a kettle and fridge, which was great, but the room I got was really small, had a bad window view, and definitely didn't match the pictures shown during booking. However, the service was super friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, allowing easy access to downtown attractions. The dining options were okay but not worth the price. The facilities were decent overall.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and organized, which was great considering I booked well in advance. The service was friendly, though a bit on the arrogant side. The location was good, with a nice variety of food at the breakfast buffet. The dining experience wasn't up to the standard I expected for the price, but the facilities were adequate.
